The site must not be used for any reason other than to advertise properties 'for sale' or as Holiday homes, Commercial homes and Boats to book, view or make legitimate enquiries to owners regarding your interest in buying or particular holiday rental properties, hotel rooms or boats.

Accuracy
cannot accept any legal responsibility for the accuracy of the advertisements, or any alleged breaches of contract on an advertiser's part and the advertiser indemnifies 4homesonly.com against all costs, expenses and losses arising out of a claim relating to the content of an advertisement.
Advertisers (Members) are responsible for keeping their availability accurate and up-to-date, particularly for periods where Searchable Special Offers are being displayed. Special offers are not displayed if the period they cover are marked as "booked" , "pending" or not "set available" on the availability chart.
Photographic materials

The advertiser warrants that he is the owner of the copyright in such material or is authorised by the owner thereof to grant to 4homesonly.com the rights therein contained. 4homesonly.com cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from material supplied by the advertisers and the advertiser indemnifies 4homesonly.com against any action brought for breach of copyright or other rights from the use of such material supplied by the advertiser.

Each advertisement on the site displays an individual property where people will spend their holidays - not examples of properties in a given area. Only one property can appear on each advertisement, unless it is a property with multiple rental units on the same site, and additional advertising units are purchased reserves the right to amend the copy or remove the advertisement, when more than one property is described in the advertisement.
Termination of advertising
If advertisers wish to have their advertisement removed from the Internet before the end of their subscription period, this will be done, but no refunds will be paid.

If an advertiser attempts to enter unsuitable material into the on-line database, or persistently misuses the on-line systems, 4homesonly.com reserves the right to remove the property from the site. No refunds will be paid.
If 4homesonly.com receives a complaint from a person who has rented an advertiser's property which 4homesonly.com, acting reasonably, consider is justified, or an advertiser knowingly double-books a property, or engages in any unacceptable practices or is in breach of its obligations to 4homesonly.com, then 4homesonly.com reserves the right to remove the property from the web site without notice.
Authorization to Export Data
Advertiser acknowledges that in the sole discretion of 4homesonly.com and its holding company, it may be necessary to keep a copy of the advertiser content and information outside the United Kingdom and the European Union. If such a copy is made it will be used only in the day to day operations of 4homesonly.com or its direct affiliates, and will not be shared with any third party.
Payment
Payment for advertising must be in Euros, British Pounds or US dollars by major credit and debit cards, bank transfer, PayPal or cheque.
Legal jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and advertisers accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to rule on any disputes.
